What I’ve Read Lately: January Edition
I love to read and in my new-found time as I’ve reduced my mental load, I’ve found myself reading so much more. Its how I practice mindfulness and relax at the end of the day. I read while waiting for a doctor’s appointment, before bed, while Ty makes dinner and the kids enjoy TV time and sometimes when the kids nap (if I’m not napping myself!). I borrow most of my books from friends - the ladies in my neighborhood and my babysitter-friend and I trade books or I get them for free via the Libby app and read them on my kindle.
On my radar: Spring Capsule Wardrobe Look-book
Punxsutawney Phil has made his prediction for 2024 Groundhog Day. The honorary groundhog did not see his shadow, predicting that there will be an early spring. But that won’t stop me!
